*24/7 Emergency Service is available to customers with a Planned Service Agreement who have a critical problem with the heating or cooling unit covered under the agreement and without on-site service, damage to people or property will result. Every reasonable attempt will be made to repair the problem. Some parts may not be available until the next business day. All other service or repairswill be made during reqular working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
