Yes, there is a charge for a service inspection. Charges vary according to equipment type and level of required inspection. You can also book your service inspection by calling 519-652-0416.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WHEN BUYING A FIREPLACE?
If you have an existing wood fireplace you may be looking for a gas insert. Bring all dimensions of the fireplace cavity (width x height x depth) along with the depth of the lintel (the thickness of the material that crosses above the fireplace opening). Also bring photos of the fireplace inside and outside of the building.

CAN I BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR MY NEW FIREPLACE?

WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A DIRECT AND NATURAL VENT FIREPLACE?
A direct vent model uses vent piping which goes through an exterior wall eliminating the need for a chimney. A natural vent fireplace uses an existing masonry or metal chimney stack to vent flue gases.
